I’ve posted many times before about Theo Sieben and how good his songs are. He was one of the musicians on the second Traditionals album and both his session and the video of ‘Dig A Hole’ – which was filmed in the woods – on this website got a very good reception.

Remember that session with Simon Angell? The one where he covered Daft Punk on just his guitar? It’s now four years later, and this month I’ve put Angell in front of my cameras once again, this time with his wife Erika. Together they’re two main members of the Swedish/Canadian band Thus:Owls.

Awkward I is currently touring in Indonesia with his band and Tim Knol’s drummer Kees Schaper. Why not. While they’re enjoying the sun, we’re freezing in snow and ice. But some hot chocolate and this extra song from his session should warm you up.
