THE SEVENTEENTH CENTURY LIVE IN UTRECHT

Last May, the Scottish band The Seventeenth Century played their very first show in The Netherlands, during the Onder Invloed night at Festival aan de Werf in Utrecht. And they did well. Rudy Mackay - 3FM radio dj and host of the evening - wondered 'how such young guys can sound so mature' and thought it was 'amazing'. Watch for yourself, I uploaded three songs.

WILLARD GRANT CONSPIRACY

In the fall of 2009, OnderInvloed.com's good friends Paul Tasker and Iona MacDonald of Doghouse Roses were touring Europe as support and bandmembers of Willard Grant Conspiracy. In September they played the Paradiso upstairs in Amsterdam, so that sunny afternoon we recorded a session with WGC. Two originals and one cover this time.

THE SECRET LOVE PARADE - AFTER HOURS

Every now and again we keep an extra song from a session to ourselves for a little while, before surprising you with it. It's nice to have a surprise, especcially if they're as nice and fun as The Secret Love Parade's cover of Velvet Underground's 'After Hours', recorded in the hallway next to their own studio, somewhere in Amsterdam.
